The motivation is something that someone else cannot actually give you, although they can certainly inspire you. What is your health like today? Do you have energy, or do you lack energy? If you are lacking energy, and you feel fatigued constantly, then be sure that you consider changing your diet, so that you can get on the path of better health.

When it comes to losing weight, you must be future minded. I personally have children, and the thought of them living without a mother scares me. How else would I look at it? I want to be able to play with my kids and be active, so my family is no doubt a motivation to lose weight.

For some people, they have to really think about it before they have an answer, but for me it wasn’t so hard. What I can tell you is that as an adult, I give it plenty of thought and I want to be able to live to see my grandchildren as well.
