Key to MLM Success - How Do You Get More Duplication?

Ray Higdon, an L4 Leader in MLSP and a top earner in his primary company (which rocks by the way!), shared some great insight on a recent MLSP Daily Call… How do you get more duplication in your team?

So, how are you creating duplication in your community? This should be a question you ask yourself… How do you achieve duplication? This is something you should be focusing on to build your long-term business.

Once you master sponsoring and recruiting, you will get bored. The next step is to focus on duplication. This will help your team members achieve rank and this will in turn, help you achieve rank, as well, and build an amazing team.

The following two questions you need to be asking yourself regularly:

1) How do I get better retention?

2) How do I get better duplication?

Let’s tackle retention first. Look at your team statistics. How many people stay in your team or organization? How high is this percentage? The key to retention is all about the community you create within your organization.

How do you build a team? How do you build a family-oriented community? You need to keep the focus on consistently helping them, which may including getting on the phone with them, helping them out, and stepping up to the plate.

People want to belong to something big. People love belonging to groups. People love events and want to belong. Create a community in your team and company if you want to achieve higher retention.

You never hear this from potential prospects, do you? “I love my team and my upline, but I want to join your team”. No way!

Duplication is providing a pathwork for your team members to follow. Many people say that having a system is the way to have duplication. A system is very powerful, but it is not enough. You need some interaction to help guide and provide leadership and a community.

So, how do you help create and build duplication? You can ramp up the duplication by teaching your team how to create and build a community themselves. Help your team build value in the marketplace and build a small community.

How are you helping your new recruits? It is so important to ask these questions so you can have an understanding of what their goals are, etc.:

1)    Why did you join?

2)    What do you hope to get out of this?

3)    What are your income goals?

4)     How many hours per week are you willing to commit to reaching these goals?

5)    How many months are you willing to commit to reaching these goals?

Keep in mind that you are never going to get every person to live up to their potential. It just won’t happen. You will believe in them and give them all the tools and that’s all you can do. The name of this game called network marketing is “connection” (building a rapport with your teams).

Duplication has nothing to do with your company. Zero. None. Absolutely nothing. Duplication is 100% resting on the shoulder of the leaders (your community, your leadership, and your interaction with your team).

Bottom line… Connect with your people. Help them build a community themselves.
