And, guess what?

No one has been voted out of the Tribe or off the Internet!!

So… what am I talking about?

A tribe is a group of people working together. You have seen Survivor right? Yes, I know there is backstabbing, lying, and cheating… Okay, maybe that’s not a good example!

A tribe is typically defined as any aggregate of people united by ties of descent from a common ancestor, community of customs and traditions, adherence to the same leaders, etc. Or more simply, a group of people with strong common traits or interests.

There are many tribes on the Internet, including Facebook and others.  What is a tribe and why would you want to be  a part of it? A tribe is a group of people helping each other. On the Internet, this can consist of supporting each other’s blogs, videos, articles, and more.

How? By joining together with other Internet Marketers and promoting each other’s content.  Providing valuable comments on each other’s content will drive traffic back to your site.  By sharing other marketers’ value-added content on Facebook, Twitter, and other Social Media sites will drive traffic to their content.

You scratch my back… and I’ll scratch yours. Make sense? Working together can syndicate content very quickly and increase traffic to your site, which can increase your list, which can increase your income.

So, last week, I joined The Unified Tribe.

Katie Freiling, social media entrepreneur and trainer, professional blogger, and personal development coach in the online home business industry, has created The Unified Tribe. This Tribe is amazing! The Unified Tribe is a community of people who are wanting to help others succeed. By helping others succeed, will help you to succeed.

But… take that one step further and you have The Unified Tribe.  This Tribe has a system built-in to where you can review other peoples’ content quickly, comment on it, learn valuable tips and information, AND share it on Twitter, Facebook, Digg, or Stumbleupon.  Instead of spending all day long reciprocating, you can take an hour per day and share, share, share.

Over the last few days, I have been learning the system and reciprocating. My blog site visits have doubled and 60% of the site visitors in the last week were new (and this is just the first few days)!  So remember this:
