ViSalus Recipes | How Many Ways Can You Make Your Shake?

ViSalus Recipes That Aren’t for Protein Shakes
You might be wondering what these ViSalus recipes are really all about, but believe me when I say that you don’t need to use them just for the Vi Shape shakes. You can create dessert items too!
What if I told you that you could make frozen bars for summertime using the Vi Shape Shake mix?
All you need is two scoops of the Vi Shape shake mix, 1 cup of any frozen berries you choose, 1 cup of low fat vanilla yogurt, 1 cup of milk of your choice, and simply blend it. Once you blend it, you will pour this into your popsicle containers so that you can freeze them.
Why not make your very own version of the Rice Krispy treats? You can make them with healthy peanut butter and honey and of course your Vi Shape shake mix.
Just use ½ cup of peanut butter, ½ cup of honey, 6 cups of cereal (there is a gluten-free version of Rice Krispies), and 2 scoops of your Vi Shape shake mix.
Simply melt the peanut butter and honey in the microwave, then stir in the rest of the ingredients and mix well until the cereal is completely coated. Once the coating is complete, just spoon the mix into a pan that has been sprayed with a little bit of Pam. Press down to even the top, chill, and serve once set.
ViSalus Recipes That Are Berry Delicious!
Are you ready for some ViSalus recipes that are loaded up with antioxidant rich berries?
If so, then I have a few recipes here that you will love that are loaded with flavor and juicy berries of your choice. How about blackberries or blueberries?
Just take ¼ cup of your favorite berries, and create a shake with a bit of a lemon twist. You will also need ¾ cup of ice, 8 ounces of almond milk or any milk you choose, along with 2 scoops of ViSalus shake mix, and 1 tablespoon of lemon pudding mix.
You can use any berries that you wish, and if you don’t wish to add the lemon flavored pudding mix, no big deal. You can make your shake any way you wish, and with the flavor mix-ins that you can get with your Vi Shape shakes, you can really create whatever you wish.
